7 years ago, we launched Body Pump 111. Those were fun times! We no longer have the licensed Les Mills+ Body Pump classes at our new location, but we have a similar class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:15 am. This class is very popular. Sign up for Barbell Beats using the Mindbody App. Space is very limited.
