As part of the Hometown Heroes Banner Program, presented by AdventHealth , we honor local hero Steven R. Gonzalez.
His family shares this message: Just after graduating from college, Steve enlisted in the US Air Force in 1971. He is very proud of his service, in spite of the service connected illnesses he is suffering from to this day. He also had a few “close calls” while serving overseas. We are very thankful to God for bringing him home safely. He says, “I’d do it all over again”. We are very proud of him! This is a picture of the family he adores and is very devoted to: His two children, four grandchildren, his wife, and himself. He is OUR HERO!!

Please join us for our RSN Expo coming up this Saturday, September 19th. This is an opportunity for those with special needs to learn about all the programs going on in our community. There will be free food, games and open play. There will also be local vendors like 321 Society, ARC, Chase Academy, Easter Seals, Jet Speed Sports, Ormond Parks & Recreation, SPARC of Volusia, Votran & more.
