Tristate Muscle & Fitness honors the men and women whose lives were lost on September 11, 2001, and the first responders who made the climb that day. In their honor, we’re holding a Stairmaster challenge: climb 110 flights - the height of the World Trade Center towers.

This isn’t just a competition. It’s a tribute to their honor and strength. NEVER FORGET 🇺🇸
