Time to build strength...safely!
Join the YMCA of Port Angeles for a Teen Powerlifting Clinic!
This 1 week program with 3 sessions will take place on Monday, 11/02, Wednesday, 11/04, and Friday. 11/06 from 4-5:30 p.m. Athletes be will introduce to the basics of powerlifting, teaching proper technique for the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

This program is perfect for our FREE MIDDLE SCHOOL MEMBERSHIP kiddos who are looking for some guidance in the gym!

Make sure you join us for the Masters VS Minnows Swim-A-Thon🌊

Get ready for a fun, fast-paced swim competition where our Masters Swimmers take on our younger swimmers in an all-out battle for pool bragging rights! Choose your events, get your goggles ready, and prepare to make some waves!
Not currently swimming with either group? That's Okay! Whether you're a seasoned competitor or just love getting in the water, this is your chance to race, cheer on your teammates, and show us what you've got.

Time: 2-5 p.m.
