Every single night, this is exactly what I make. It isn’t really a recipe at all. Just one scoop of protein, about 1/4 cup of water, and then make it your own. Add chocolate chips, salted almonds, fresh raspberries, whipped cream, or warm it in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds until it’s rich, gooey, and tastes like brownie batter.

It’s simple, it satisfies the chocolate cravings that used to send me searching through the pantry, and it’s become one of those habits that I genuinely look forward to every day.

Soft, warm, real blueberry muffin flavor topped with a lemon icing that tastes straight out of a bakery. Two minutes. No sugar, 37g protein and ALL yours in this single serve microwave mug cake.

Made with Wild Blueberry protein because summer should always taste this good.

CAKE
* 1 scoop Devotion Nutrition Wild Blueberry Protein
* 1 Whole egg
* 1/4 C Apple sauce
* 1/2 tsp Baking powder, optional
* Blueberries to fold in
ICING
* 1/2 - 1 scoop Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake Protein
* 1 TB Lemon extract
* Lemon Zest
* Splash of water to desired consistency

Spray a microwave safe bowl with non-stick spray. You can mix all the ingredients together in the same bowl. Fold in the blueberries.

Place in the microwave for approximately 90 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave. 

While that is cooking, combine all icing ingredients in small bowl and pour over cooled or warm cake.
