Anyone else feel like they're in the in-between lately? 🌊🦀
Not who you used to be.
Not quite where you're headed.
I don't know if it's Cancer season or just life, but it feels like a lot of us are being asked to slow down, feel our feelings, and trust what's unfolding, even when we have no idea what's next.
The ocean always reminds me that you can't control the waves. You can fight them, or you can learn to move with them, even when it's not the easiest.
Maybe this season isn't about having it all figured out. Maybe it's just about trusting yourself enough to keep going.

Join me for a distance energy healing session ✨
I decided to bring this session into the park to deepen the connection with nature and create a more grounded, supportive environment for myself and my client 🌿
With distance sessions, you book a time to receive energy healing and there's no need for you to be physically present. Energy isn’t confined by space or time, so this work can support you wherever you are.
I begin each session by grounding myself through meditation and intentional breathing, allowing me to become fully present and create a calm, balanced space before connecting with your energy. I then cleanse my tools and set the intention for the session.
For distance energy healing sessions, I work with a Metatron Grid cloth and crystals representing the 7 main chakras. Using a photo or your full name, I’m able to energetically connect and begin channeling Reiki to support balance, release, and alignment within your energy field.
As the session flows, I intuitively tune into what’s coming up, assisting with clearing energetic blockages and writing down any messages, sensations, or insights that come through.
I close each session with an oracle card pull, calling in guidance from your angels, ancestors, and spirit guides to offer any final messages meant for you.
After the session, I send over all notes and messages to support your reflection and integration.

While society tries to pressure us into making resolutions right now, I spent this past Full Moon at the beach remembering the power of rest, presence, and self-connection, especially during this winter season.
Growth doesn’t always ask for effort, sometimes it asks for tuning inward and slowing down 🌕✨

Being on a self-love journey means constantly peeling back new layers of yourself. Just when you think you’ve figured out who you are, another layer shifts. Maybe it’s less about finding our true selves and more about showing up wholeheartedly and with curiosity, for the person we’re becoming at each new stage.
November felt like an invitation to finally exhale, to step into my power without the old fear. I spent the month being even more intentional about nourishing my body, romanticizing the small moments, and immersing myself in nature (📸 in hand).
