There is a point where yoga stops feeling like something you leave behind on the mat.
It starts feeling like something beside you.
Quietly there in the room. Not demanding anything. Not asking you to be more peaceful. Not turning every moment into a lesson.
Just near.
In the breath before you answer. In the pause before you rush. In the way your body remembers there is another way to meet the moment.
That is the part of practice people rarely talk about.
Eventually, yoga becomes less like something you are doing and more like a presence walking with you through ordinary life.
Not loud. Not obvious. Not performative.
Just there.
