🏈❤️🖤 IT’S THURSDAY DURING FOOTBALL SEASON… AND THAT MEANS FEED THE TEAM THURSDAY!!

A BIG THANK YOU to our Jonathan Hersman & our local recruiter Garrett Cochran for feeding our boys and the cheerleaders this week!

And boy, did they eat GOOD this evening! Garrett started smoking the pork at 8:00 PM the night before, and you could definitely tell — it was GOOD! 🔥🐷

We say it all the time, but it’s true — WHAT A GREAT COMMUNITY WE LIVE IN!

Every week during the season, people in our community step up to take care of our boys. To everyone who has donated, prepared meals, served food, or helped in any way — THANK YOU! Your generosity and support mean more to our players and program than you know.

On Friday, October 2, 2026, the Hall of Fame will pay tribute to the 1979 Point Pleasant Big Blacks Football Team!

The 1979 Big Blacks went UNDEFEATED during the regular season, and we want to bring as many members of this special team back together as possible to celebrate their accomplishments.

🔴⚫ 1979 PLAYERS & FAMILIES ARE CORDIALLY INVITED
There will be a Pre-Game Reception at 6:00 PM in the Big Blacks Football Weight Room for members and families of the 1979 team.

Players will have an opportunity to reconnect with former teammates, register for the recognition ceremony, and prepare to walk across the field together as a team as they are honored by the Hall of Fame.
