Sunday morning “church” about quarter mile in I saw either moose or elk p**p so I preceded with caution… I ventured off on Parity and the wild flowers were gorgeous! I saw 3 lizards on the way back down… and this bull was a little close to the trail but luckily he turned around so I went you can my suv in the background too lol

Happy 4th of July!!! A beautiful site this morning an empty gym! I was alone for 15 minutes!!

Well was right I crushed my goal of making it to the top in 1 hour and 15! I made it there in 1:12! I was so joyful and grateful!
Happy Memorial Day! The gym was real quiet today 🙌🏻. When I started doing this exercise again a few months ago my affected shoulder had lost its definition but today I was noticing it’s coming back💪💪!

I hiked my favorite mountain again and PR to the top again by 3 seconds and I thought that I was about 2 minutes behind! I’m confident that I can hit my goal this year! Just need to shave off 6 minutes! And my after hike meal eggs with dandelion flower that foraged on my hike!

I’m so grateful for my hike up my favorite mountain! And crushed my PR to the top by about 6 minutes and compared to last year first time up by more than 20 minutes! It’s amazing what shedding 10 pounds does! And I have a new goal for 75 minutes to the top!
