There was a posting on Social Media regarding a possible structure fire at the Clubhouse. We want to assure everyone that there was no fire at the Club this morning.

After power was restored following this morning’s outage, we noticed a faint odor in the clubhouse. Out of an abundance of caution, we asked the Fire Department to inspect the building.

The Fire Department has completed its inspection and found no issues with the structure. Their visit was strictly a precaution.

We appreciate everyone’s concern and thank the Fire Department for its assistance and reassurance.

Members - We’re excited to announce that Pocasset Golf Club is ready for play!

• Greens, tees, and most bunkers are now open
• Front 9 fully open and in outstanding condition
• 8 of 9 holes on the back fully open
• New cart paths now available

Please observe all roped and painted areas marked as Ground Under Repair, and use caution around newly restored bunkers and sod areas.

Reminder: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning is reserved for members only. Guests are welcome after 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.

A huge thank you to Superintendent Craig Sullivan and our entire grounds team for their extraordinary effort in preparing the course for the season.

We look forward to seeing everyone out on the course this weekend!
