Expressions Dance & Arts Classes for Ages 2-Adult plus Performance Team! Hip-Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap & Fitness The choice of performance opportunity is yours!

Expressions offers 3 Levels of Dance Commitment,
all with the same High Quality Instruction.
1) Recreational Dance: For the dancer interested in a variety of fun dance styles and dance fitness, with seasonal performances in the studio for family and friends, without the commitment of a dance recital.
2) Performance Dance: For the dancer who enjoys performing on stage and is committed to building skills throughout the year, with seasonal performances in the studio, and a formal performance at our May Recital.
3) Dance Team: For the dancer ready for more intensive training and a commitment to building skills while preparing for theme park performances, charity showcases, dance festivals, performances at sporting events, parades, dance conventions, talent contests, community performances, as well as our formal May Recital.

Recital is THIS WEEKEND! EDA’s 2026 Recital day includes TWO SHOWS on SATURDAY MAY 23 at 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM at Dublin High School.

Link to purchase RECITAL TICKETS is below. This link will be active on the day of Recital and tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth the day of Recital as well. However, cost of tickets will increase on Recital Day. All guests will need a ticket. Dancers do not need a ticket. Seating is General Admission. Please email for wheelchair accessible seating request or if any other special seating accommodations are needed for a member of your group.

Happy birthday to Ms. Gabriella! After selflessly volunteering her time as a weekly teacher assistant for 3 years, the 2025-2026 dance season she was offered a paid position as a lead instructor. This past year she subbed frequently and ran parade rehearsals in addition to being one of the oldest members of our Performance Team. She was also the only EDA student who participated in our Senior Choreography Seminar as both a choreographer for one piece as well as a dancer in a different piece. FRI MAY 22 FREE TEEN/ADULT WORKSHOP

We are offering a FREE Teen/Adult workshop with Ms. Diana on Friday May 22 from 7:30-8:45! Those not currently enrolled in an EDA class are welcome too, so invite a friend to join the fun! Any dancers not currently enrolled in an EDA class will need to have their parent sign a waiver if under the age of 18.

About Ms. Diana!

Ms. Diana began dancing at age 3 and, over the years, she has trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, musical theater, modern and tap. She joined the Expressions dance family in 2013 and was invited to join EDA's Performance Team in 2015 which she was on until graduating from high school. With the Expressions Team, Ms. Diana performed at Disneyland, on the Golden State Warriors' court, at Great America, the Alameda County Fair, and many conventions and competitions in the Bay Area, both in group routines and as a soloist. She became a teacher assistant in middle school, training under Ms. Veronica and Ms. Dae, and then a weekly lead instructor at EDA once she entered high school. Ms. Diana is thrilled to currently be a Visiting Instructor who subs, choreographs, offers workshops, and teaches summer dance camps when she is back in the bay area during breaks from her time attending college at California State University Long Beach!

Wishing a VERY happy birthday to Ms. Emee, Expressions alumni (class of 2025) and currently a Guest Instructor. As a student at LMU, she has still found the time to sub at the studio and cheer on her former students and teammates at EDA performances the 2025-2026 dance season. Celebrating another year of fitness, friendship and fun with the birthday girl, Ms. Kim! Appropriate that some years her birthday falls on Mother's Day since she is totally the mom of EDA. Whether beautifying our "home" with her decorations, making sure her "children" take care of both their physical and mental health, and even being the mom to Ms. Ashlee's kid in our 2026 parent dance. We are wishing Ms. Kim a birthday, and year ahead, just as full of positivity, joy, and adventure as she infuses into the studio every Tuesday and Thursday morning for all her Women's Fitness students!
