Good clinical decisions need room to happen.

Our BCBA structure is designed to give more space for case oversight, collaboration, and the clinical thinking behind treatment decisions.

Administrative responsibilities are supported by a dedicated team, and our staffing model shares responsibility for technician development. You’ll also have regular mentorship, peer consultation time, and a flexible work-from-home administrative day.

$70,000–$80,000 annually, with bonuses up to $7,000 a year.
Weekday-based schedule. No nights or weekends.

Funds raised will go toward creating a grocery shopping practice space at our Development and Community Center, where clients will be able to build familiarity with the routines, choices, and steps involved before using them out in the community.

🌟 Congratulations to Amira, our DCC STAR of the Month for Teamwork!

Amira consistently shows strong awareness of what’s happening around her and is always ready to step in when needed. She’s hands-on, quick-thinking, and dependable, and she’s often one of the first people to offer help to both staff and clients. Whether she’s helping with a bathroom buddy, doubling up with clients, or stepping in during a crisis, Amira looks for ways to keep things moving and make the day easier for the people around her. She keeps the bigger goal in mind too: working together to create a fun, safe environment for everyone.

Melissa consistently shows what teamwork looks like by stepping in wherever she’s needed and helping the people around her succeed. She offers guidance and coaching to staff, especially when they’re working with clients they may not know as well, and she’s always willing to lend a hand when extra help is needed. Melissa also supports interviews and training and has worked with clients across a wide range of ages, showing flexibility and a team-first attitude throughout her time with us.

🎉 Celebrating 5 years with Mya!

Mya has been part of building some of the training systems that help new staff feel welcomed, supported, and prepared at Sonnenberg. She shared that she is proud to have helped develop both the Mentorship Program and the Verified Trainer Program.

“Creating effective training systems that support both trainers and new hires is something I am deeply passionate about.”

Over the past five years, Mya says she has experienced “tremendous personal and professional growth.” When she first entered the field, she never imagined the path it would take her on.

Through each step, her passion has stayed the same: “creating a supportive environment where both staff and clients can learn, grow, and succeed.”

Mya, thank you for 5 years of building strong training spaces, supporting the people around you, and helping new team members find their footing. Your care for staff development has made a lasting impact at Sonnenberg.
