The little timid freshmen who walked into this program four years ago are somehow graduating today, and I honestly don’t know how to put into words what this group means to me.
This senior class was my first. The group that helped build this program beside me from the ground up. Through every change, every challenge, every new idea, every pivot, and every growing pain - they stayed. They trusted me when I was still figuring things out myself, and they gave this program their whole hearts every single step of the way.
The truth is, they didn’t just watch this program grow. They watched me grow, too.
I pushed them because I knew they were capable of greatness, and time after time, they proved me right. They rose to every expectation, every standard, and every challenge with strength, resilience, and so much heart. But beyond the accomplishments, I am most proud of the young women they became - kind, dependable, selfless leaders who made everyone around them better.
This group helped shape the foundation of this program in ways that will always matter. The impact they’ve had on this team, on me, and on the culture we’ve built together will be felt for years to come.
I am unbelievably proud of them, but if I’m being honest, I’m also heartbroken to see this chapter come to an end.
Thank you for growing with me. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for helping build something so special. I will always be grateful for this group and everything they gave to this program.
Congratulations, Keeley, Bria, Sophia, & Ava!
