Modifications and Adjustments have our Hearts ❤️🥰❤️

Yoga teaching is so much more than calling a posture name and expecting the class to follow perfectly. Learning how to both modify and adjust postures for your classes especially in vinyasa yoga is an essential skill that makes your classes accessible and beneficial for all practitioners.
