Good afternoon guys! TWO big asks. We have been helping the children in need of the SOS Village for years, and they are counting on us. And right now our brothers and sisters from Venezuela are suffering the consequences of having a corrupt government and the only help they’re getting is from other countries. PLEASE join me on these two causes and bring some help and unity to this world. Together we can heal this planet. I believe in our power 💪🏽 ☮️ ❤️ 🇻🇪

Incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication showed during the past 5 months. Her transformation was incredible and we’re very happy with her performance at the , which by the way was a very well put together show. Looking forward to more natural shows and to see how this beautiful lady keeps on progressing! and myself teamed up to make sure Jennah had all the guidance and support she needed. Also I wanted to thank our gym for giving us all the toys we needed for this prep. More shows and news to come!!

20 years in the industry, I’ve never liked an “office” as much as I do this one . From the amount of care, professionalism, and pride the owners take, to the meticulous job both managers and to keep the club impeccable, and the great atmosphere provided by all, crew and members. Happy to have brought my family (clients) to this place and I hope everyone out there have the same experience at their gyms, if not…GET OVER HERE!!

It all starts like this, you move to a new office, and see someone that has INCREDIBLE work ethics and truly represents the job of personal training. She notices you and goes out of her way to welcoming you AND your clients. She introduces you to her clients and without ANY ulterior motives speaks highly of you. Then out of pure respect you become friends. Fast forward, she has the most important show of her life coming and you want to be there to support her… then she gets hospitalized and decides to STILL doing this show. And you out of pure caring doubt her and worry about her health… and then defying all odds she goes out there and ABSOLUTELY crushes it. This picture says it all. I’m incredibly proud of you you looked GREAT out there and held your place on that stage. Not only I am your friend, but now I am your fan.
