The Series of Five is more than an abdominal challenge. It’s an opportunity to build control, connection, coordination, and a deeper understanding of the work.
For the client, there’s plenty to learn. For the teacher, there’s plenty to observe. That’s where the real work begins.

“Real Pilates for Every Body” is more than our tagline. It is what makes Pilates of Plantation one of a kind.
It’s a place where the work meets you where you are, teaching is personal, and everyone has the opportunity to experience Pilates the way it was intended 🤍.

The powerhouse is one of those Pilates terms we hear all the time, but it means much more than “engage your abs.”
It’s about learning to organize the body from the center so movement can happen with greater control and intention.
For clients, teachers, and apprentices alike, understanding the why behind the work changes the way we practice it. 🤍

At Pilates of Plantation, we believe the method gives us a strong foundation, but there is always room to learn, adapt, and grow within it.
Discipline keeps us connected to the work. Freedom allows us to remain curious.
This is what makes POP, POP. 🤍
