Fitness is even better when you have someone by your side.

After seeing the positive impact Alloy had on his wife, Tony decided it was time to join—and he brought his son Ryan along for the journey. Now, the two of them train together three times a week, encouraging each other, getting stronger together, and making fitness a family commitment.

There's something special about sharing goals, celebrating progress, and creating healthy habits with the people you love. We're so excited to have Tony and Ryan as part of the Alloy family and can't wait to see all they accomplish together!

💛 What a Month, Alloy Gleneagles! 💛

June was packed with fun, laughter, and some amazing memories—and it's all because of YOU!

Here's a look back at an unforgettable month:
🥒 We celebrated Father's Day with our "You're a Big Dill" pickle giveaway.
🏓 We got together for a fun-filled Pickleball outing to celebrate all of our Alloy dads.
🎉 We enjoyed another fantastic Member Social at the Katy Trail Outpost, filled with great conversations, laughs, and time spent outside the gym.
😂 And of course... our Dad Joke Contest had us all groaning and laughing, with a big congratulations to Gary Speck, who officially earned bragging rights as our Dad Joke Champion! 👏🏆

At Alloy, it's about so much more than workouts. It's about building friendships, celebrating milestones, and creating a community that makes showing up something to look forward to.
