🔥 Lunch & Learn – July 14

Join us on Tuesday, July 14 at 10:30 AM for an important Safety Program presented by the Plano Fire Department.

This session will help older adults recognize common home hazards, prevent falls and fires, and create a safer living environment.

Participants will walk away with simple, practical safety tips to stay safe, independent, and confident at home.

🎓 Graduation Day

We recently celebrated the graduation of eight participants from the second session of Get Up & Go!

Families joined us to cheer on this milestone and recognize all the hard work and growth throughout the program.

Participants learned the foundations of healthy living, including nutritious eating, regular physical activity, and the 5-2-1-0 Healthy Habits for lifelong wellness.

We wish you a happy and safe 4th of July! While you're enjoying your time outdoors this weekend, we want to remind you about two water safety tips that can help keep you and your child safe near the pool or lake:

2️⃣Always assign a Water Watcher who is undistracted by phones, conversations, reading, or alcohol while watching the kids
