What does Nowruz have to do with Taekwondo?
Nowruz means “New Day” and celebrates the start of spring and the Persian New Year. The holiday represents renewal, growth, and fresh beginnings — values that are also at the heart of martial arts training.
Nowruz is a special opportunity for our community to learn about different traditions and reflect on the growth we experience together through Taekwondo.
