Most people don’t need another gym.
They need a place they actually want to come back to.
One of the biggest reasons adults avoid strength training is because they think they’ll be expected to lift like everyone else.
That’s not how we do things.
Every exercise in our program is scalable to your current ability.
Whether it’s your first workout in years or you’ve been training consistently, our coaches meet you where you are and help you progress from there.
No intimidation.
No getting left behind.
No guessing.
Just thoughtful coaching, proven programming, and a community of people working to become stronger together.
Upper body strength is one of the foundations of our Adult Strength Program every Wednesday and Saturday because being stronger isn’t just about looking better.
It’s about carrying groceries without pain.
Picking up your kids or grandkids with confidence.
Improving posture.
Protecting your shoulders.
Building a body that supports the life you want to live.
You don’t have to wait until you’re “in shape” to start.
That’s exactly what the program is for.
Our next 12-week Adult Strength & Nutrition Program begins July 13th, and we’d love to help you take the first step.
The perfect time isn’t coming.
The decision is.

Wednesday Morning Mat Pilates is a vibe.
No loud music.
No distractions.
No notifications.
Just you.
Your breath.
Your body.
And Amy White | Pilates | Wellness guiding you through the practice.
Most people spend their days moving from one responsibility to the next.
Work.
Family.
Appointments.
Deadlines.
People depending on them.
Life moves fast.
And while there’s a time to push, perform, and produce…
There’s also a time to slow down.
To reconnect.
To move with intention.
To pay attention to the signals your body has been sending.
Because health isn’t just built through intensity.
It’s also built through awareness.
Our Wednesday morning Mat Pilates class is designed for people who understand that performance isn’t just about going harder.
It’s about knowing when to slow down, breathe, reset, and build a stronger connection to your body.
You’ll leave feeling stronger.
More mobile.
More grounded.
And more prepared for whatever the rest of the day asks of you.
If your life moves fast and you’re looking for an hour to slow down and go inward…
This is your invitation.
✨ Join us Wednesday morning and experience it for yourself.

Most people think their squat problem is a mobility problem.
Sometimes it is.
But more often than not, it’s a breathing and bracing problem.
For years, people were taught to “arch hard,” lift their chest, crank their lower back, and create as much tension as possible before they squat.
The problem?
That strategy often creates excessive spinal compression, poor pressure management, and movement compensations that eventually show up as aches, pains, and performance limitations.
When you have a family, a business to run or people to lead, you can’t afford to be down for days or weeks because of injuries like this that are easily avoidable.
At Peak, we teach something different.
Before we worry about how much weight is on the bar, we focus on how the body creates stability.
Can you breathe?
Can you brace?
Can you create pressure throughout your trunk while maintaining a stacked position?
Because when those pieces come together, the squat becomes stronger, safer, and more efficient.
This is one of the reasons we teach our 10 Human Movement Principles.
The squat isn’t just an exercise.
It’s a fundamental movement pattern that reveals how well your body integrates mobility, stability, strength, and coordination.
The good news?
Most squat issues are highly trainable when you understand what your body is trying to do.
Take a look at your own squat.
Are you lifting your rib cage?
Overarching your lower back?
Holding your breath?
Shifting your weight?
You might be surprised what you discover.
If you missed Coach Kyle Dorsten Squat Workshop this time, don’t worry.
We’ll be hosting another one soon.
And trust us, what you learn in a single afternoon could completely change the way you move, train, and perform.

🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
We’re excited to officially partner with Sports Ohio to bring a brand-new Summer Speed School experience to Central Ohio athletes this June!
Over two action-packed days, athletes from elementary to high school will learn the foundations of movement, speed, agility, and athletic performance from coaches who have spent decades helping athletes compete at every level - from youth sports all the way to college and professional athletics.
But this isn’t just about running faster.
It’s about teaching athletes:
✅ How to move efficiently
✅ How to change direction safely
✅ How to accelerate and decelerate with confidence
✅ How to compete in a positive and challenging environment
✅ How to develop skills that transfer directly to sport
Whether your athlete plays soccer, lacrosse, football, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, or simply wants to become a more confident mover, this event is designed to help them build a stronger athletic foundation.
Our mission has always been simple:
Help young athletes develop confidence through movement, coaching, and positive experiences that carry over into sport—and life.
We’re honored to partner with Sports Ohio and several incredible local sponsors to create what we believe will be one of the most impactful youth athletic development events of the summer.

Here’s what most sports coaches won’t teach your athlete…
Many young athletes spend 90% of their time running forward and backward.
But 90% of sports aren’t played in straight lines.
Athletes have to cut, shuffle, react, defend, evade, and change direction in an instant.
That means they need to learn how to move side-to-side efficiently and safely.
At Peak, we teach this progression:
1️⃣ Learn the mechanics
2️⃣ Drill the skill
3️⃣ Challenge it with reaction
When athletes understand how to move, practice it consistently, and then apply it under pressure, they develop movement patterns they can trust when the game speeds up.
The goal isn’t just to move faster.
It’s to move with confidence, control, and efficiency when it matters most.
Because great athletes don’t just train hard…
They train smart.

Most people think their squat problem is a strength problem.
More often than not… it’s a movement problem.
Tight ankles.
Stiff hips.
Poor core control.
Lack of awareness.
The squat is one of the most fundamental movement patterns we have, yet it’s also one of the most misunderstood.
Whether your goal is to:
✅ Build strength
✅ Reduce aches and pains
✅ Improve athletic performance
✅ Move better as you age
✅ Feel more confident under the bar
A better squat starts with a better understanding of your body.
This Sunday at 1:00 PM we’re hosting a hands-on Squat Workshop where we’ll break down:
• Proper squat mechanics
• Mobility limitations that hold people back
• Common mistakes we see every day
• Individual modifications based on your body
• Drills you can immediately use to improve your squat
Our goal isn’t just to teach you how to squat.
It’s to help you move better, train smarter, and stay healthier for the long run.
Spots are limited.
👉 Sign up through the link in our bio.
Who should attend?
Anyone who wants to build strength, improve movement quality, and get more out of their training.
See you Sunday.
Peak’s first Hyrox PFT of 2026 was a hit! Congrats to all the participants! And thank you to all the coaches, friends, family members, and other supporters for helping get this set up! Next one is just a few months out! Are YOU in?
