The Tennis Club of Rochester is a not-for-profit club that was established in 1886. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our members through clay court tennis, platform tennis, fitness and swimming. We provide premier facilities, well organized activities, numerous program offerings and nationally awarded tennis instruction. Our high quality customer service and inviting social atmosphere are designed to get you involved and playing. You don't need to fill out a court to play at TCR. Our indoor tennis social leagues are perfect for anyone looking to get on the court more starting September 17th through April 30th. We offer rotating partner doubles play throughout the week for Men's, Women's, and Co-Ed Play. Sign-up online weekly through the website, TCR app, or by contacting the main desk.

Need to tune-up your paddle game before the league season begins? Sign up for one of our Pre-Season Training Camps and experience three hours covering all aspects of the game with supervised play.
You can sign up with or without a partner and courts will be divided by level.
These camps are open to both TCR members & non-members. Sign up online, with the TCR app, or by contacting the main desk.

We're taking it 100 years back to kick off the 2026 Century Tournament. Join us for a 2.5-3.5 level tennis social on Thursday September 10th where you will have the opportunity to try your serve with a wooden racquet.

Players will be matched by level and then rotate for multiple rounds. For the first round, each player will be given the chance to serve and play with a wooden racquet for their first service game. To wrap up the event, we will have a competition where all players use wooden racquets.

There will be a free drink for all participants, with dinner served after play ends. You do not need to be registered for the Century Tournament to sign up for this event, but TCR Membership is required.

Despite the rain dampening our Friday plans, last week we saw over 90 players out on the courts for the annual Al Sigl Community charity tennis event. We're grateful to continue to host such a wonderful event for a great organization in the Rochester community. All the funds raised stay local and help the over 55,000 children and adults with special needs served by Al Sigl Member Agencies.
