Plugging away on a Sunday night here and we think we've reached at least a middle on the order issues. Certainly there are a few upset folks, with refunds sent, but hopefully the bigger issues are resolved. Thanks for hanging in there with us.

It's never nice to make fun of people who do things you don't understand or can't do well. Accounting, proctology, your web host... Anyway, the last few weeks have been trying with a few items that are nearing resolution. If you have an email that we may have missed, it's on our list as we carefully filter our emails and balance orders amongst the fraud that we've seen.

As it sits, we believe all orders are captured and many may have been deleted and not charged. That's the easy part. If there's an order you placed without a response, please message us here or on IG and we will be able to see it. Email is always best, except when there are 20,000 emails that are all from credit card testing scams.
