Congrats to the newest black belts in our room. Laura Cook Aaron Hannan and David Gabig You all have added to our culture and Jiu Jitsu in positive ways. Im excited to be a continuing presence in your new journey at black belt. All three time tested, competition proven, instructors and givers not takers. Couldn’t be more proud to stand with the three of you every night.

Return to the Roots. Brazilian National Champion Gutemberg Pereira is returning to Pittsburgh. An integral part of the history and development of the school. Please join us for two opportunities to learn from a generational great.

The 7am crew at True Believer is tight knitted and hard working. Today was one of its key members,leaders, and overall great guys last day. It’s always sad to lose a teammate let alone one like John Baker | Mental Performance Coach But today was a happy day. We wish him and his family safe travels on to their next chapter. Forever True Believer in our hearts. Thanks for everything John.
