Last week, our students had the distinct honor of learning from one of the most respected instructors in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Master Renato Tavares.
His seminar delivered a wealth of knowledge-covering concepts and techniques that are applicable to students of all levels, regardless of experience or physical attributes.
On a personal note, I consider it a true privilege to continue learning from someone who exemplifies excellence both on and off the mats.
