Because we teach children with severe disabilities and unique developmental needs, consistency, reliability, and heart are essential. Our students rely on familiar faces to build trust. We are seeking committed professionals (ages 18+) who want to invest in a multi-year career with us, grow through high-level training, and become integral parts of our team.

📋 Role & Schedule
This is a year-round, position operating across the greater Pittsburgh/Westmoreland region (North Hills, South Hills, East, North Versailles, Greensburg, Belle Vernon).
* School Year: Weeknights (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and full days on Sundays. Winter possible increased hours in Greensburg.
* Summer: Flexible schedule including potential daytime hours and travel to client homes.
* Hours: Variable/flexible hours based on seasonal enrollment.

🎯 What We Are Looking For
* Experience: Background working with infants, young children, and individuals with disabilities. Degrees/experience in Special Education, Psychology, Nursing, or Human Services preferred.

* Long-Term Commitment: Seeking individuals planning to stay local long-term. This is not a short-term side gig or summer-only job.

* Transportation: Must have a reliable car, valid driver's license, and willingness to drive up to 1 hour between locations.

* Requirements: Clear all background checks/clearances, provide professional references, and demonstrate strong confidence and personal interaction skills.
