We strive to build confidence and leadership through safe, positive instruction in our tumbling, competitive cheerleading/gymnastics, and ninja warrior classes. At Carolina Flipz, we have the resources to point the toes of every gymnast, dancer, or cheerleader in the right direction. Our talented USASF- and USAG-certified coaches focus on providing Pineville’s children a supportive environment where they can develop their skills and build character in and outside the gym -- no matter their level! Who knew warming up could be THIS much fun?! We brought cheer and gymnastics together for a little Hungry Hungry Athlete Warm-Up and the energy was UNMATCHED! 😂

A little competition, a lot of laughs, and athletes getting warmed up without even realizing how hard they’re working! 💪🧡🖤

Our First Friday Adult Open Training has been moved to Friday, July 10th!

Come flip, tumble, train, and have fun in the gym! Whether you're brushing up on old skills or learning something new, this is your chance to enjoy the gym in a relaxed, adults-only, FUN atmosphere.
