💪 Working on your Chaturanga? Save this!

Chaturanga Dandasana takes strength, control, and body awareness—not just arm strength. Try these drills to build better alignment and confidence:

🧘‍♀️ 1. Hero Pose Drill
Sit in Hero’s Pose and practice drawing your elbows back toward your ribs. Try it with and without a block.

🧱 2. Blocks Under Your Shoulders
Place blocks just inside your hands. Slowly lower, aiming for your shoulders to reach the blocks at about a 90° angle. Then try it without the blocks.

🧱 3. Blocks Behind Your Hands
Place blocks behind your hands. Lower into Chaturanga while keeping your elbows close—try not to knock the blocks backward!

🔥 4. Put It All Together
Practice the movement slowly and with control. Quality > quantity!

Chaturanga is a journey. Keep practicing, build strength, and remember—you don’t have to nail it every time. 💛
