June was a great month at Revelation Wellness Studio!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve welcomed new faces, challenged ourselves in class, built strength, shared fellowship, and continued creating a community where faith and fitness come together.

As we head into July, our classes and upcoming events are open for registration, and we’d love to have you join us. Whether you’re looking to build strength, or connect with others in a Christ-centered environment, there’s something for you.

What we feed will grow.

If we continually sow into the things of the world, we’ll find ourselves exhausted and empty. But when we sow into our relationship with God and steward our bodies well, we cultivate strength, peace, and life.

This Monday, we were reminded to take a look at what we’re planting and nurturing each day. Our habits, thoughts, and choices matter because they shape what grows in our lives.

The past week was so full. We came together to hear what Alisa Keeton had to share about how we can reconnect to our bodies in a Godly way during a season when the world is telling us to get smaller, work harder and do more.
This gathering was full of movement, laughter, prayer, and community. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We already can’t wait for the next gathering. 💛 Summer Body Reconnect

Seeing this room filled reminded us why we do what we do. Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Summer Body Reconnect event. We loved every minute of it and are already looking forward to the next one.

This 90-minute live, donation-based experience will guide participants through gentle movement, Scripture,
teaching, and rest.
