🚲💙 Bicycles of Phoenix is proud to be an Elite Level Sponsor of the 2026 Bike MS Ride! 💙🚲
We’re honored to support this year’s Bike MS event happening November 7–8 in Fountain Hills, AZ, raising awareness and funding in the fight against multiple sclerosis.
BOP will be providing full SAG support (on‑road mechanical assistance) throughout the ride — keeping cyclists safe, rolling, and supported every mile of the way.
We’ll also be hosting official training rides in late August to help riders prepare, build confidence, and connect with the community before event weekend.

Here at BOP we love helping our new cyclists! Here we have Lainee! Lainee is autistic and has trouble riding two wheeled bicycles so her mom brought us an older adult trike she found! We were able to overhaul this trike and make it safe and reliable for Lainee! Today Lainee's mom sent us this pic and we are so happy for her! Remember, it's not what you ride, it's just that you ride! Thank you Lainee for including us in your journey!

Did you know that Bicycles of Phoenix is an active member of the National Federation of Independent Business? The NFIB is a non-profit, nonpartisan organization, that advocates for different types of small businesses through advocacy and polling at the state and federal level. We utilize this to let our representatives know the state of the cycling industry and to gain legislative support for our local independent bike shops!

We love projects here at BOP! Here we have a 1967 Tandem that we have painted, added a springer fork, new wheels, seat, handlebars, cranks and sealed bearings! It's ready to ride and ready for a new home!

One of the most common causes of poor shifting is a dirty and caked up derailleur! Be sure to clean and wipe down your drivetrain periodically and don't over l**e your chain! Grime like this will also cause excessive wear to the pulley wheels. Notice how theses pulley wheels have been sharpened to a point by grime and a worn chain?
