We’re hosting our 5th Annual Lift Off on Saturday, August 15th!

This beginner-friendly event is your chance to test your squat, bench press, and deadlift in a supportive, fun environment. Whether you’re new to lifting or just want to set some new numbers, this is for you. Come set some PRs, cheer on your friends, and have a good time! 🙂‍↔️

Meet Rich! 💪

Rich recently qualified for the CrossFit Games in the 60–64 Age Group Division, an incredible accomplishment, and we couldn’t be more proud of him!

He will be taking the competition floor July 21–23 at the SAP Center in San Jose, California, and we can’t wait to cheer him on every step of the way!!
