We have so much fun planned for this week!!

Monday- Strides at ASC at 9am

Tuesday- strides and Craft at Norterra at 815am

Wednesday- pop up Strides 360 at ASC at 9am

Thursday- class will be at 9am at Sunrays, where the kids will have open gym while the mamas get their workout on!

Friday- Barre at 9am at ASC!

School is starting so we are shifting!:

Starting Monday August 3rd for all of August and September!!
    •    All Tuesday & Thursday Stroller Strides classes → 8:15 AM-9:15 AM at The Shops at Norterra
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday Stroller Classes→ 9-10AM Arizona Sports Complex | Glendale, AZ
