We’ll also be providing our red light therapy room.

ARCADIA AFTER DARK 🪩⚡️

Thank you to our amazing community for showing UP last night. Pilates and HIIT, you all absolutely crushed it. This was such a fun event so thank you to everyone who came and supported our studio! Special thank you to for providing delicious mocktails after class (my personal favorite was that tart cherry sleepy mocktail). 🍒
