April is Parkinson’s Awareness Month
Parkinson’s affects approximately 1 million people in the US alone, making it increasingly important to have tailored exercise programs to support those impacted by the disease.
Joe Green Fitness 360 has developed a comprehensive approach that goes beyond traditional fitness classes, aiming to provide an exercise experience that yields life-changing results for those facing the challenges of Parkinson’s.
Joe Green is the founder of "The We Move Parkinson’s Exercise Program" a comprehensive program that blends his expertise in fitness and rehabilitation to create a program that targets the physical, cognitive, and emotional aspects of living well with Parkinson’s disease.
Let’s support friends and family alike who are living with the symptoms of Parkinson’s by sharing more than just compassion … show support by sharing resources and programs such as this.

PARKINSONS RESEARCH
Research shows that exercise helps the BRAIN retain and even maintain old connections, form new connections and restore old connections and in some cases …. the benefit of neuroplasticity derived from exercise may “outweigh” the effects of neurodegeneration.

COLD SEASON
Do you struggle with sinus colds? Many do and while it’s not always possible to prevent it there is a thing or two you can do when your sinuses are making life miserable.
Pineapple is a great decongestant because it contains the enzymes called bromelain. Bromelain breaks down the junk that builds up in the sinuses and helps reduce inflammation and swelling.
Lemon in warm water has multiple benefits. Among those is that it to helps expel mucus and support immune function.
Onion and garlic both help reduce mucus. The added plus is the natural thirst that follows which helps encourage drinking more water.
Of course most natural and effective way to help your body rejuvenate and recover is to rest, take naps, sleep well.
