Tactical athletes don’t get to train one quality at a time.
You need enough strength to produce force, enough speed to express it quickly, enough muscle and durability to tolerate the work, and enough conditioning to repeat it when the first effort isn’t the last.
That’s where conjugate fits.
Max effort raises the force ceiling.
Dynamic effort develops how fast you can express it.
Repeated effort builds the muscle, durability and work capacity underneath it.
Then we layer in sprinting, plyometrics, GPP and conditioning around the demands of the job.
The goal isn’t to turn tactical athletes into powerlifters.
It’s to take proven methods of strength development and apply them to athletes who need to be ready for more than one thing.
Train for what matters.
