Your core does a lot more than help you get abs. A strong core improves balance, posture, everyday movement, and helps support your entire body. That's exactly what Total Core HIIT is all about.

Expect a fun, high-energy workout with timed intervals, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished. No matter your fitness level, you can go at your own pace and challenge yourself.

Martha has been part of the Phoenix Kroc Center since day one. She has watched this community grow from the very beginning, including Zonia and Gina, who began their own journeys here and now work alongside the community they once joined. Through potlucks, friendships, and countless moments shared together, Martha has found a place that continues to feel like home.

“I honestly thought my life was over.” After years of addiction, Taraya reached a point where she felt hopeless. Then she found a community that saw her potential, believed in her, and reminded her that her story wasn’t finished.

Today, Taraya is 1 year and 4 months sober, attends Church at the Kroc, and has found consistent employment. These are milestones that once felt out of reach. Her journey is a powerful reminder of what can happen when someone is given hope and a second chance.
