He’s been part of our Fitness team for three years and brings a genuine passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals.

Through Barbell Blast, Oscar combines strength training, proper technique, and encouragement to help you challenge yourself and build healthy habits. Whether you’re just getting started or ready to push your limits, he’s here to help you discover what you’re capable of!

September Fill-A-Need initiative!

For this month, we will be collecting cooling Towels at the Welcome Desk. We are extending the August item throughout September! As a token of our appreciation, each donation will enter them into our monthly raffle. Please make sure the items are new, or gently-used (clean). 1 item = one entry. The lucky winner will receive a Free Month of Membership. All items will be supporting our outreach programs to help those in need.

Teach ballet and gymnastics to ages 5–12. Dance or gymnastics experience preferred.

Teach piano to children ages 4–14 in both group and individual settings.
