There are moments in life when you wonder, does any of this even matter? 💚

When you pour your energy into people and never hear back. When you show up day after day and feel invisible. When the effort feels bigger than the reward.

Here’s what nobody tells you: your impact is already happening quietly, consistently, in the lives of people you may never get a thank you from.

The person who watched you push through and thought, “if they can, so can I.”
The friend you encouraged who now encourages others.
The stranger who felt seen because of something you did without thinking twice.

Impact doesn’t always come with a receipt. Most of the time, you won’t see it. You won’t feel it. You’ll just have to trust that doing good consistently, sincerely, without needing recognition is always worth it.

Our FitnessFest Conference is looking for a new venue for our annual April 2027 event. We have outgrown the one we’ve been at for four years. It’s a good problem to have however, finding the right venue in the Phoenix metropolitan area is a challenge.

I’d prefer to be at a hotel (but it can definitely be outside the box). We must have a pool and be able to have pretty exclusive use for at least most of the event.

We need at least 5 meeting / movement spaces/rooms.  If anybody has some good ideas, I can give specifics as far as dimensions/sizes.

Many people need hotel/sleeping room rooms.

Cost, of course, is key as well.
