We could not let today go by without celebrating an extremely important piece of Team Hustle West. Evann has a quiet confidence about her that carries over to everyone around her, especially when she steps into the circle. She competes, trusts her stuff, and gives this team everything she's got each time she takes the ball or steps up to the plate.
Over the past season, Evann has grown into a true leader. She is vocal, a selfless teammate, and someone who is always willing to do whatever the team needs. And while we know her for what she does in the circle, she has also come through at in the middle infield as well as with some huge and crucial hits for us when we needed them most.
Evann, we cannot wait to see what you do this Fall! We know you are going to take it to the next level. Continues to work, to develop, and there is no doubt you will have a bright future ahead of you.

Happy Birthday to Emma!
Emma (aka Diesel) brings a level of energy to this team that is hard to match. She has a big bat, plays lockdown defense, and when her number is called, she is always ready to go. She has come through with some huge clutch hits that have kept us in more than a few games, and she has proven time and time again that she will play wherever this team needs her and get the job done.
What makes Emma special goes well beyond her ability on the field. Watching her grow not only as a player, but as a leader and teammate has been awesome to see. She brings a great attitude every day, competes, works, and genuinely cares about this team.
With the way her skills continue to develop and her work ethic, there is no doubt Emma has a bright future at a high level!
