We have some students competing this weekend at AZBJJL! Classes on Saturday will still run as scheduled. If you don’t have any plans this weekend, come support our team!

Our Women’s Class meets every Monday & Wednesday at 6:30 PM and is the perfect place to learn, get a great workout, build confidence, and meet an incredible group of women. No experience needed! All ages welcome.

One of the things that makes Sol so special is having a Professor who doesn’t just teach jiujitsu, he lives it.

Competition weekend is approaching!

Our kids competition team and Professor Austin are headed to the LA Open for our final tournament before Kids Pans at the end of the month.

Every match is another opportunity to learn, grow, and gain experience. We’re excited to see our team out there representing Sol. Let’s go! 💪☀️
