Congratulations to Palmetto Pipe Lining and owner Colby Nicholson for being featured as the cover story in the June 2026 issue of Cleaner Magazine. At just 21 years old, Colby has built a precision-focused trenchless operation dedicated to protecting some of Charleston's oldest infrastructure.

We're proud that Picote equipment is part of Palmetto Pipe Lining's trenchless toolbox, helping them tackle challenging rehabilitation projects with the precision, efficiency, and quality their customers expect. One featured project involved rehabilitating approximately 200 feet of failing sewer pipe during a tight winter-break window at a college campus - completing the work before students returned and avoiding major disruption to campus operations.
