Hate to do this, but I’m gonna have to close up shop tonight and cancel classes due to currently dying a slow and torturous death. No, I’m not being dramatic, you are!
But seriously folks, classes this evening will be canceled due to coach feeling sick. See you guys tomorrow as normal schedule.

This Sunday, the Thai fair is coming back to Wat Mongkoltepmunee in Bensalem! We’re always received with such warm welcome from the community at the temple and we couldn’t be more excited to participate again this year. We’ll be doing a demonstration on stage at 2pm on Sunday. If you’d like to join, please arrive by 1:15 and message me to let me know fo expect you.
