This might be the most Maven way to celebrate being named to ’s Best Places to Work 2026 list...
Through Maven Gives Back, our team uses paid time to volunteer for causes they care about, and our recent time at brought our 2026 total to 230 hours and counting. It was great to connect as a team and support Cradles to Crayons in their mission to end children’s clothing insecurity and provide them with the essential items they need to thrive.
Thanks for having us again, C2C. 💜

What we do is only as meaningful as the missions behind it.
This Pride Month, we're proud to amplify clients who are doing the vital, year-round work of building a more equitable landscape in Philadelphia and beyond:
🏳️🌈 Hangley Aronchick, whose attorneys offer legal guidance and secure critical case wins that protect LGBTQ+ families
🏳️🌈 Pennrose Companies, whose projects offer safe and affordable housing where older adults can live authentically
🏳️🌈 Public Health Management Corp.p, whose subsidiaries provide healthcare services that meet the community where it is
🏳️🌈 Philadelphia Foundation , whose philanthropy funds research and programs created to advance LGBTQ+ social justice and health needs
🏳️🌈 PA Humanities, whose programs preserve LGBTQ+ history, create safe spaces for teens, and support projects by artists of a wide range of identities
The breadth of this work is a reminder that equality isn't built in one place or by one organization. It's built across sectors, day after day, by people and institutions committed to getting it right. We're honored to help tell those stories, and not just in June.

We're honored to have been named the 2026 Small Business of the Year by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce! After nearly 20 years in business, we are deeply grateful to the many clients who continue to put their trust in us year after year. Superb client service is at the core of everything we do.
The event also served as commencement for the 2026 Main Line Leadership graduating class, featuring our very own Veronica Mikitka Reed! Veronica joined Maven in 2012 and exemplifies what it means to be a trusted advisor, colleague, and friend.
We are thrilled to be recognized among the leaders, businesses, and organizations whose innovation, service, and commitment continue to strengthen the Greater Philadelphia region. Thank you to Bernard Dagenais and the entire Main Line Chamber of Commerce for all that you do to move our business community forward.

Back in May, Maven's Rebecca Devine and Veronica Mikitka Reed kicked off the 2026 tourism season with Visitor Center Corporation for their Third Annual Philly Opener. 2026 will be Philly's biggest year yet, and we're here for it. 😊

One week ago today, our team made it to the polls on both ends of the shift (and, in Jeff Barg's case, volunteered for the entirety of the day!). 🗳️
It's a privilege to support the Philadelphia City Commissioners in helping Philadelphians vote with confidence. The primary may be behind us, but November isn't far off. Register and make your plan for the general election here: https://vote.phila.gov/

Jessica Sharp recently took the stage with Philadelphia Foundation's Pedro Ramos at the Center City Business Association's recent Lunch with the City's Leaders event.
Jessica led a conversation with Pedro, Philadelphia Foundation's President and CEO, about civic leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and economic mobility in Greater Philadelphia.
We are proud to support Philadelphia Foundation and the work that they do drive lasting change in our region. Rebecca and Lizzy also attended the event.

Knowing your city makes you better at your job, and working the polls is one of the best ways to build that connection.
Reflecting on years of volunteering and nearly six months of work with City of Philadelphia Government's City Commissioners Office, Jeff Barg's latest blog makes a compelling case for showing up, forming relationships, and staying engaged with where you live.
It isn't time away from your work. It's the foundation of it.

A wheely good start to the workday for Jeff, Emily, and Maria! 🚲
On Bike to Work and Wherever Day, the trio met for pastries in Society Hill before biking over to City Hall for a press conference hosted by , , , , and elected officials. It was great to meet with riders from across the city in support of safer, more connected streets.
