Our girls brought the energy all week long and had so much fun switching up their usual training gear for a different theme every day!

Region 4 Regional Championships in Massachusetts this past May! 💙✨

A special congratulations to Level 6 Daisy and Level 8 Mimi and Olivia, who qualified to the National Championships by placing Top 12 in their level, regardless of age! 🇺🇸🏆

Back in April, our FIG Juniors and Seniors had an amazing opportunity to compete internationally in Toronto! ✨ Such a great experience for our gymnasts to compete on an international stage and represent Empire.

Our Level 7 and FIG athletes had a fantastic weekend at the Coaches Cup in Syracuse, showcasing their hard work, determination, and artistry on the competition floor. We were so proud of the growth, confidence, and resilience they demonstrated throughout the competition.
