Every program utilizes proven, researched based exercises that are matched to the appropriate skill level and ability of the client. In conjunction with MFS training services, each client receives nutritional guidance to nourish the body, the mind, and provide fuel for everyday activities. N- HOME TRAINING - Delivers the same training experience of the gym but in the comfort of your own home. A Certified MFS Personal Trainer will turn your living-room, den, or basement into your own personal Fitness Center. IN-THE-GYM TRAINING -Offered for those clients who prefer the high energy, kinetic atmosphere produced when surrounded by other fitness-minded individuals. A Certified MFS Personal Trainer will make each visit to the gym engaging while delivering a refreshingly different experience. PRIVATE/ 1 ON 1 TRAINING - Offered as an option with either In-Home or In-the Gym Training. Provides the client with personal instruction and attention to maximize their training experience. Private Training packages begin at $65 per session. SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING (3-4 Participants) - Offered as an option with either In-Home or In-the Gym Training. Offered for those clients who prefer the camaraderie and friendly competition found in exercising with others. Semi-Private Training packages begin at $30 per session. MFS Boot Camp - Designed to accommodate all fitness levels while delivering a fun, high intensity total body work-out. Every Boot Camp incorporates some aspect of strength, agility, cardio and speed. Use MFS Boot Camp as a supplement to regular exercise regimen. Offered Weekly for $10 per session.
