All the info on one place...
💜 two more classes in lavallette, Thursday and Saturday 8am
💜then Saturdays only starting September 12th in Seaside Park 8am (we'll switch to 9am in October to get more sunlight)
💜all classes are on sign up Genius
CHALLENGES for September:
💪pushups/ squats everyday $15
👣steps- get as many as you can $15
💜both challenges for $25
💜chance to win money at the end of the month

We're doing 2 challenges starting today! Still time to join!
👣Steps- get as many as you can for the month. $15 to join, $10 goes in the money pot and will be given out to the top Steppers. Exact number of winners and $ depends on how many we have join. Steps will be tracked in the StepUp app which can sync with your wearable
💪Pushups and squats- I'll post in our private FB challenge group what to do each day. You post a picture or video of you doing them as a comment on that post for an entry. $15 to join, $10 into the winning pot and winners will be picked at the end of the month. One post per day, but if you do them every day, you'll have 30 entries!
💜Join both challenges for $25 and I'll still put $10 into each winning money pot

This morning's workout with had it all ...a cool view running to the boards, work on the benches in the gazebo, and our circuits! Great work today everyone! 💜💪💜
