Kensington Powerlifting

We are celebrating this weekend, Saturday, at BUBS , our neighborhood gaming and community cafe. RSVP link provided if you are interested. Guests are welcome.

We will have drinks (Sacred Vice Brewing - Berks options), light food, and giveaways. It’s time to connect with each other and have a good time!

Leave the weights at the gym and come destress. There will be classic games to play. Hangout for however long you like, come say hi or stick around for the entire time!

Early in June we hosted an Injury Prevention and Maintenance workshop with Dr. Benjamin Harris, PT, DPT. We had an awesome turnout and learned a lot!

At Kensington Powerlifting we believe in training smarter. We leave ego at the door and always strive to grow in mind and body.

To us, health is wealth, and bringing everyone together for events like this brings life to community.
