B**g County Sports Steering Committee Appoints Queen’s of Faith Head Coach Mrs. Hannah George to Technical Committee

The B**g County Sports Steering Committee has appointed Mrs. Hannah George, head coach of the women’s soccer team Queen’s of Faith, as a member of its Technical Committee.

The appointment recognizes her experience, leadership, and contribution to the development of women’s football in B**g County. Mrs. George is expected to bring her technical knowledge and expertise to the committee as it continues to work toward improving sports development and coordination across the county.

Phebe Athletic FC have confirmed that their captain Godtime Bonucci Joe has completed a permanent move to LFA First Division side Heaven Eleven.

As part of the agreement, the defender has been immediately loaned back to Phebe Athletic FC until January 2027.

B**g County Appoints Dekemue D. Dolo as Basketball Head Coach

The B**g County Sports Steering Committee has appointed Dekemue D. Dolo, head coach of the Brooklyn Ballers, as the new Head Coach of the B**g County basketball team.

Coach Dolo will lead the team’s preparations and oversee all basketball-related activities as B**g County gears up for the upcoming National County Sports Meet.

The committee expressed confidence in his experience, leadership, and technical expertise, believing that his appointment will strengthen the team and enhance its chances of making a strong showing at the tournament.

Congratulations to Coach Dekemue D. Dolo on this well-deserved appointment!

Vigilance, Mature, Destiny Bushrod Join Leela in LKF 1st Division

The promotion race is officially over!

The Liberia Kickball Federation National 1st Division promotion battle has reached its conclusion, with Vigilance Girls of B**g County, Bushrod Island Mature Sisters, and Destiny KC earning their places alongside SKD Leela KC in the country’s top-tier competition.

Vigilance Girls secured third place after falling to Mature Sisters in the semifinal stage, while the grand finale featured an all-Bushrod Island showdown between Destiny KC and Mature Sisters. In a tightly contested championship decider, Destiny KC edged Mature Sisters 1–0, sealing the title and completing their journey to the 1st Division.

With the promotion battle now settled, all four teams—SKD Leela KC, Destiny KC, Mature Sisters, and Vigilance Girls—will step into the LKF 1st Division, ready to test themselves against the best in Liberian kickball.
