The Philadelphia Distance Run returns September 20th with a flat, fast, FUN half marathon and 5K through the streets of Philadelphia.

Register now before prices increase after 11:59PM on August 31st. See you at the start!

This is what PDR is all about: a running community that shows up, puts in the miles and brings the energy. We can’t wait to bring that same feeling to the starting line on September 20th.

Tomorrow is our final PDR x Yards Bridge Run of the year!

Join us Tuesday, August 18th at 6PM at Yards Brewing Co. for one last run across the Ben Franklin Bridge before race day. Come early to pick up a pair of Brooks to test out while you get some miles in then stick around after to hang with the PDR crew and start getting excited for race day!

It takes a lot of good folks to help us bring the PDR Half Marathon and 5k to life. From helping racers prepare at our expo Friday and Saturday to ensuring everything runs smoothly on race day, volunteers are essential to making PDR happen each year. All individual volunteers will receive a volunteer shirt & gift card to Philadelphia Runner!
