We are so excited to welcome Bridget Behney to our teaching team! Bridget graduated from our 200-hour yoga teacher training in January and is a member of our EE Team.

You can always find Bridget with a smile on her face & possibly giggling — but don’t let that fool you! Bridget teaches a power-packed class with lots of space for shakes and possibility!

What do you want students to feel when they leave your class?

I want my students to walk out feeling more at home in their own body than when they walked in. I want them to feel strong, a strength that feels empowering not punishing, and more accepting & proud of themselves for showing up

One thing you want the Hotbox community to know:

Before Hotbox I was feeling very small and anxious in the world. The Hotbox community really reminded me of the joys of life, I feel so much love and gratitude being here, and so inspired to share that same feeling through teaching. It’s really special to be part of a space that has given me so much and I’m so thankful to get to give back to it now

What lights you up lately? On or off the mat — what are you fired up about?

I love traveling - I just planned a summer trip to Italy for August and I’m SO excited about it

The Attic offers a wide range of programs and services designed to provide youth with the support and skills needed to transition into independent, thriving adults. The Attic strives to have a positive impact on all aspects of youth’s lives; to facilitate growth, empowerment, and resiliency; and to help youth find their voice, which is often silenced.
