SKILL 7s UPDATE 🚨🚨

Due to a scheduling conflict, we are holding our tournament at a new location. Thanks to our friends at for letting us host our tournament at their field in Vorhees.

With under two weeks to go we are still looking for teams in all divisions. Early bird pricing ends Friday, after that prices are a flat $400 per team.

The Boars lose at the death in the final at Billy Gardner 7s in Virginia to Nova. Gutted by the loss but the level of play shined and gave fans a helluva a match.

River Rats continue to play at an extremely high level as they mature in the Premier division. Despite some hard lessons, battled to 3rd place match again before ultimately losing.

We head to Maryland next week!

Week one of MAC Qualifiers complete with the Boars falling to Nova in the final.Lessons learned as we head to Billy Gardner 7s this week in the next stop on the circuit.

The River Rats also competing in the Premier bracket fought hard eventually losing in the 3rd place match.

It’s that time of year again! The first MAC qualifier of the summer is tomorrow and we have 2 stacked squads ready to represent the best of Philadelphia Rugby.

1st Schuylkill match starts at 10:20am.

Our annual kick-off to the 7’s season, 7’s, is in the books!

The Boars went 5-0 in route to the Championship taking down in the final. The RiverRats, also in the Premier Division, went 2-1 in pool play with its lone lose against Beltway. This set up an all-River Semifinal with the RiverRats falling to the Boars in a hotly contested match.

The club went 7-2 (1 loss against non-SR) on the weekend, finishing 1st and 3rd in Premier Division.

The boys now head to the first Mid-Atlantic Qualifier this weekend in Wilmington. Want to join the fight? Not too late, send a DM

7s is back! We are sending 2 really strong sides to the 7s tomorrow. Both competing in the premier division. Looking to kick the summer off with a solid outing from both sides.

Schuylkill River is looking for our next 15s Head Coach.

As we begin our search, we would like to take the time to thank Pat Boyle. After Pat hung up his cleats he immediately stepped up in a duel role as our Director of Rugby and Head Coach. Under his leadership and guidance the club has seen its largest success in our history, with 3 MAC Championships and a 2nd place finish at the 2022 National Championship.

We thank Pat for his hard work and continued dedication for our club. Pat will continue to serve as the Director of Rugby, directly supporting the 15s operations, while continuing to spearhead our nationally recognized 7s program.
