We appreciate everyone who came out to show support and to those who were there in spirit.

It was great working with social workers. These ladies work and visit homes in some of the roughest areas of Philly and we were able to put together a 2 hour self-defense seminar for them.
We wanted to give these ladies some realistic techniques, situation awareness and information that can save their lives. They were amazing to work with and we commend them all for the work they do in the community. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Extremely proud of for completing at the team duals.
We went against some tough schools and came up short by a point but our guys fought their butts off and trained hard for this event.
